Cheese made with 100% goat's milk and without preservatives. Typical Cilento cheese and it is also recognized as a slow food presidium, it is included in the ministerial classification of traditional Italian agri-food products. Ideal in combination with cold cuts or jams or once seasoned, also use for grating.
