White wine Fiano Doc . Appearance: light straw yellow coloured, with marked greenish tints, highly limpid. Bouquet: intense, aromatic, ample, fragrant, with a characteristic hazelnut and bitter almond scent. Flavor: fresh, slightly acidulous, of excellent overall quality, it confirms olfactory perceptions.
Overall strenght 12,5% vol. Dry extract 18 gr/lt. Overall acidity 6% - Ph 3,40 . Cold horsd’oeuvres and entire seafood cuisine, from first courses as spaghetti with clams to shellfish and mollusks. Superb with raw oysters.
