Fillets of "Tonnetto Alletterato" , fished in the area and processed in the same day in our laboratory. Alletterato is an excellent ingradient for cold dishes , such as salads , canapes and aperitif in general . It also lends itself well cooked dishes , such as first courses , or a pizza . It has a strong flavour , enhanced by an extra virgin olive oil in which it is stored .

The secret of the goodness of this Tuna?
The careful craftsmanship, but above all the only ingredients we use and that you will find on the label are THREE:
- Tonnetto Alletterato;
- Sea salt;
- Extra virgin olive oil.

It does not contain preservatives, antioxidants or other products that could alter the delicate flavor of our Tuna.
