Made entirely by hand, naturally leavened, unlike industrial bread it is rich in nutrients, mineral salts, fibers and proteins.

The presence of seeds on the surface makes it particularly pleasing to young people attentive to a modern and balanced diet.

The craftsmanship and the use of the highest quality Cilentani grains allows the Filetta to maintain its freshness and fragrance for several days if stored in an organic cotton bread bag.
